New Delhi – April 03, 2024, The legal conflict that started between Dr. Vivek Bindra and motivational speaker Sandeep Maheshwari has now reached a very serious point. Sandeep Maheshwari does not seem to be getting any relief from Dr. Vivek Bindra’s criminal defamation petition. Faridabad Court had issued summons to him to appear on April 2, but he reached Punjab and Haryana High Court to get it cancelled. However, he did not get relief from there also and after the rebuke from the court, he had to face a harsh hearing from the Faridabad District Court also.
The High Court clearly told Maheshwari that no relief can be given to him in this matter and he will have to appear before the Faridabad Court.

Maheshwari appeared in the court through his lawyer after the summons issued by the Faridabad court. However, the court was not satisfied with this and gave Sandeep Maheshwari the date of April 9 to appear in person. The court said that if Maheshwari does not appear before the court on this date, a warrant can be issued against him.It is noteworthy that this entire controversy started on 11 December 2023 when Sandeep Maheshwari made a video against Dr. Vivek Bindra and made serious allegations against him like fraud and scam. Maheshwari also accused Dr. Bindra of Rs 500 crore by posting a YouTube community. He was also accused of embezzlement. After this, on the application of Dr. Bindra, the court issued summons charging Sandeep Maheshwari with criminal defamation under sections 499 and 500 of the IPC. In its summons, the court questioned the conclusions drawn in Maheshwari’s video and considered the allegations baseless due to insufficient evidence behind them.Earlier in February, the court had rejected Bindra’s petition to remove the controversial video. The legal conflict between the two started with a video released by Maheshwari on December 11, 2023, after which the fight between the two came face to face through posts and videos. After this, in December 2023, Bindra filed a case in Faridabad.
